An accepted offer opens an inspection and documentation workflow — it never completes a purchase on its own. You state your inspection conditions on the offer itself, and the owner accepts those conditions along with the number. Nothing binds either side until a purchase agreement is signed.
Owner trust is the entire product. These conditions are not negotiable and are enforced by removal.
