Auto Market World is an online platform that lets vehicle owners record a confidential Secret Sell Price and lets reviewed dealers submit private, conditional offers.
Auto Market World is not a motor vehicle dealer. We do not buy, sell, broker, consign or take possession of vehicles, we do not act as agent for an owner or a dealer, and we are not a party to any purchase agreement formed between them.
An estimated value is informational only. It is not an offer and creates no obligation for anyone to pay it.
Non-binding dealer interest, including a Dealer Bounty, describes what a dealer is generally looking for. It is not an offer on any particular vehicle.
A conditional dealer offer is a specific amount from a specific dealer for a specific vehicle, expressly subject to physical inspection, verified vehicle history, lien status and the accuracy of the information the owner supplied.
A final purchase agreement is signed directly between the owner and the dealer. Only that document creates binding obligations to buy and sell.
You must own the vehicle you add or be authorised to sell it, and the information you provide must be accurate and complete, including kilometres, accident history and lien or lease status.
Inaccurate information will change or void an offer at inspection. Deliberately misrepresenting a vehicle may result in removal from the platform.
Accepting an offer is not a sale. You may still decline to proceed at or after inspection.
Dealer accounts are available only to registered Ontario motor vehicle dealers who supply a valid legal business name and OMVIC registration number, and who keep that registration in good standing.
Dealers must honour submitted offers subject only to the conditions expressly stated on the offer, must not contact an owner outside the platform, must not attempt to identify an owner, and must not share anonymized inventory outside their dealership.
Dealers are solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance, including obligations under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, 2002 and OMVIC requirements.
We review the registration details a dealer supplies before granting access. We do not certify, endorse, approve or guarantee any dealer, their financial standing or their regulatory status, and approval on this platform is not an approval by OMVIC or any regulator.
Owners should independently verify a dealer’s registration before completing any transaction.
Estimated values are produced by a model and are provided without warranty of accuracy. In this build they come from a Auto Market World demonstration model and not from a live market data feed, vehicle history provider, VIN decoding service or government registry.
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting or financing advice.
Owner accounts are free. Dealer subscription pricing is described on the For Dealers page. No payment processor is connected in this build and no charge can be made.
Do not submit vehicles you do not own, create duplicate accounts, scrape or automate access, attempt to deanonymise owners, or use the platform to harass anyone. Accounts may be suspended for suspected fraud, duplicate VIN abuse or attempts to circumvent the privacy model.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario law, Auto Market World is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of any owner or dealer, or for the outcome of any inspection, negotiation or transaction between them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
